Step 7: Choose the Ripple Option from the Distort submenu of the Filter Menu.

In the Ripple Dialog box set the Ripple amount to 120% and set the size to medium as you can see below.

Step 8: Now Deselect the Selection by selecting the Deselect option from the Select Menu.
