With this tutorial I will show you how you can add different textures to your photograph to convert it into a realistic oil painting on canvas.

Step 1: Choose any good Quality Photograph and open it in Photoshop.


Step 2: We will make a Duplicate copy of this Photograph since the Background Image is locked so no Manipulations can be done on it.

Step 3: Choose the Texturizer option from the Texture Submenu in the Filter menu to give our images the various Textures. In this tutorial I have only shown 2 textures since I want you people to experiment with others as well.
