With this tutorial you will learn how convert an image into a recreation using neon lights

Step 1: Pick any photograph and place it in your Photoshop Canvas.

Step 2: Double click on the Background in the layer palette to convert it into a layer, this is done since the background layer is locked no changes can be made on it.

Step 3: Select the Find edges options from the Stylize Submenu in the Filter Menu. This will convert the Image into a sketch drawn using different colored pencils.

Step 4: Now we will invert the image to give it the desired look of recreations using neon lights. To do these selects the Invert option from the Adjustments submenu in the Image Menu.

Step 5: Here is my final Image.
