This tutorial with help you understand how to make photograph look as if viewed under a magnifying glass using Photoshop.

Step 1: Select any photograph with text written in it like the one i have chosen.

Step 2: Open a photograph of a magnifying glass in Photoshop, you can get one from the Google or can download from here.

Step 3: Now make a duplicate copy of the background layer this is done so that if you make an error then you will have something to start from all over again.

To make a duplicate copy of the Background select the Duplicate Layer option from the Layer Menu.

Step 4: Now drag the Magnifying glass over the Background image layer copy .

Step 5: Using the Magic Wand Tool from the Tool bar or by using its shortcut key W select the inside of the Magnifying glass. This is done so that we can later in large the inside of the glass.
